Camp Description:
Join us for our winter break Shakespeare Camp! This theater camp for ages 7-12 occurs during winter break in February, 2026. For 3 days, students learn fundamental concepts for acting Shakespeare and ensemble development. Using scenes from Hamlet, Romeo & Juliet, Twelfth Night, and A Midsummer Night’s Dream, children explore Shakespeare’s scenes and poetic language. The camp provides a fun, engaging, and relaxed environment as students learn skills for collaboration, character development, and narrative storytelling. The week ends with a performance for friends & family on Thursday February 19.
Curriculum Includes:
Voice, movement & physical acting
Material from Shakespeare’s plays
Rehearsing with a script
Games to reinforce skills for teamwork

Safey Guidelines - Youth Classes
Please note this policy is subject to change. Wearing a mask is optional for staff and students. Class size is limited. Staff keep daily attendance records for contact tracing, provide hand sanitizer, and encourage hand hygiene. Any student who has a fever or who is experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 is advised not attend class.
