Class Description:
Let’s laugh, sing, and make a beautiful ruckus! Join Studio Playground for a playful introduction to acting that helps young students build confidence and find their voice within an ensemble. Each class begins with a warm-up and physical acting game as students explore the fundamental actor’s tools of voice, body, and imagination. Students learn skills for narrative storytelling and effective communication through performance projects and improvisation games.
The class encourages creativity and self-expression in a supportive environment. Each session culminates in a brief performance for friends and family.
Learning Objectives:
Explore vocal and physical expression using movement and playful improvisation
Understand the actor's foundational tools of voice, body, and imagination
Develop skills for narrative storytelling

Safey Guidelines
Please note this policy is subject to change.
Wearing a mask is optional for staff and students. Class size is limited. Staff keep daily attendance records for contact tracing, provide hand sanitizer, and encourage hand hygiene. Any student who has a fever may not attend class. Students must be fever-free for at least 24 hours before returning to class.
